One of my new years resolution this year is to stay healthy...well, one can't wish away without some sort of objective, dedication and consistency. So I made out earlier that I would dramatically cut down the intakes from fast foods. We all know that most of fast food restaurants are there for convenient sake and has no high value in nutritions! Most of them are high in calories and bad cholesterols which are one of the reason for so many obese folks who suffer heart and arteries diseases. So I will start going to fast food REHAB which I can gain knowledge of eating healthier and meanwhile less frequent these killer fast food at all mean necessary! Just so you know, there is no "fast food rehab" in perse, what it really means is that I will do what addicts do when they go to rehab metaphorically. But it doesn't hurt someone opens up one cause i think that our nation is really in need of such service IMHO!
I admitted that I have been fast food addict for years and this year I want to start out right. So I will like to dedicate to my heart another one of my new pop/R&B track from Rihanna featuring and written by Justin Timberlake - Rehab, I won't let you down....my heart! Even it means that I have to go to fast food REHAB to stop my addiction! ;)
