Lady Liberty Crown Observatory Reopens To Public 5/8/09

5/8/2009:Since September 11th, the crown on the Statue of Liberty has been off limits to the public. But that will soon change and tourist can once again go right to the top of Lady Liberty. It is expected to reopen on July 4th, independence day!
