[VIDEO] A raw video footage of a police officer uses taser on a handcuffed suspect in Lansing, Michigan! From the footage, it doesn't seem that suspect was in any way resisting for arrest other than arguing, what the heck, the cop who applied taser was suspended without pay for only 2 weeks! Was it really necessary? What do you think?
