Phil Collins is one of my all time favorite artist who broke off the "Genesis" band and started his solo career successfully. So I'll start my very first cover of his love song with "Groovy Kind of Love"! I don't have any singing or vocal lesson at all, so this is as raw of my vocal as you can get. As you can hear that I am trying to sing over the official music track 1 year ago from playing the sound off my laptop and recorded with my Sony Handycam. I couldn't find any karaoke version of tune at the time that is good for cover. So the background song was in and out, with my vocal mostly in the foreground clearly! I would say that I did pretty good for my first cover as it turns out to be a hit for the song on Youtube! If you search the song cover and sort it by view count, my video is the most popular cover of all time...hmmm, maybe I should start cover more of my favorite 80s hits!?!? :)
