Stranded sea cow flown from New Jersey to Florida for the winter. Ilya, a wayward manatee facing death in frigid New Jersey waters, made it safely back to his native Miami this afternoon. Ilya was flown to the Miami Seaquarium, where he plunged into 81-degree water.
