94 MPH Speeding Cop Cruiser Crashes Into Turning Car [RAW VIDEO]

[RAW VIDEO] Mildford, Connecticut police released a videotape of a June 2009 police cruiser crash that killed two teen drivers while recorded from another squad car. The officer was driving at 94 miles per hour and was not on an emergency call! He's been charged with manslaughter.
