Utah Refinery's Ruptured Pipe Explosive Blasts Caught On Camera [RAW VIDEO]

[RAW Video] released by US Chemical Safety Board on 11-17-09 shows a 100-foot fireball ripping through a Utah refinery during a gas explosion that knocked a nearby home off its foundation earlier this month. The blast damaged 100 homes. No one was seriously hurt.
