Mike Shiver is simply a great uplifting trance producer who always brought shivers to me every time I listen to this if not one of his best vocal trance mixes! Uptempo melody mix session with Carrie Skipper's powerful vocal to add and Elevation's uplifting beatworks. Everything came together as one epic Hurricane production in particularly Mike Shiver Mix as it defines what very uplifting vocal trance is all about. One of my top favorite vocal trance of all time for sure, man I miss these kind of sounds nowadays!
Elevation Mix is another awesome mix, as it bringing that Elevation's beatworks and mesmerizing melody he is known for definitely give the original a great twist and vibe that still able to retain best of Carrie Skipper's vocal and make the original more fun to listen to, nice remix and definitely up there among the greats!

Pryda - Melo (Original Mix & Digital Cassette Remix)
To me, a great track is like a fine art, they explain without vocal like that of picture says thousand words. Progressive trance really nails it right on the head as it isn't just simple loopy bass sets, but it has so many other components working together to express story, buildup the emotional feeling, makes you wonder kinda experience, melody echoing, synth lifting and sophistication of tempo all run nsync in each timeframe that key in by the artist to give us this great feeling of uplift, meaningful sense of experience and the groove to the melody that leverages for spontaneous dancing or just feeling awesome type of atmosphere.
So I came to search one of a good example on classic progressive trance/house track that shows most of qualities that I mentioned above. Look no further than Pryda "Melo" who also go by the artist name "Eric Pryz", produced IMHO one of the best uplifting progressive trance of last couple of years! I don't need to explain as the original track is simple, clean and straight to the point that lifts, it is a timeless track even so many years later, still getting the same effect as yesterday! Have you ever watch a really wonderful feel-good type of movie that inspired you to do great and show that positivity around? Well, this track pretty much sums up that feeling after you just walk out of theatre, that moment of uplifting and melody that got you all fired up! The track name "Melo", is definite rightfully so! Couple of decent remixes on the original and I also include two DJs demonstrate what it would take to create the segment of this track on FL Studio and Logic Studio, pretty cool stuffs!

Talamanca -Talamanca Beach (James Woods Remix & Original Mix)
Hope you all had a gobbled gobbled holiday and of course all the food comas that came along. So today, I will bring us to another side of globe where the opposite of what we are dealing with right now and back to equilibrium, you know the cold, the food stuffings that resulted in slight weight gain which I guarantee you that you will feel warmer and lighter after listening to the track that I am about to recommend!
I didn't have to search too hard cause this is the place where most of popular trance, house and EDM DJs would gather to unleash their hottest hits, I am talking about Ibiza, Spain, one of the most beautiful and melodic beach city in the world! And one of the best uplifting & progressive trance producer Talamanca who isn't just local to the scene but also a great ambassador for the trance world produced this chilling and uplifting mesmerizing progressive melodies to complement "Talamanca Beach"!
Now, the original by itself is great, but what is awesome is the melodies setup for another great DJ, James Woods to master the art of remix that bring out not just the kicks for the original mix and on top of that it leverages the rhyme to blossom with the beats and synth that just cream the original. The James Woods remix is by far one of the best remix on original that I have pleasured to dwell upon in the world of progressive and melodic EDM. The whole track is gold from start to finish, nothing for short of details of attention. That progressive start to the excitement with the beats and then synth sweeps, with the original melody airing in the background, the lifts and bridges between are so well fitted, man this one epic production that can definitely put James Woods who is a rising star on the map of great trance pedestals! This is my new track to wind down to and opening up an exciting week kind of chill out beat. You know the track that relief you from all the winter chill when it came on, it just melts everything and bring you the warmth and heat of Ibiza while keeping me on my toes and dancing the nights away kind of feeling. Great work James Woods, now you are officially on my radar for future recommendations!

What is up yo'all! Back to another superb melodic session of walking down the memory lane with trance veterans Blood Groove & Kikis to their emotionally uplifting progressive trance/house track, "Memories"!
Oh my, this mix is nothing short of feeling of connections and emotional roller coaster. With that grooving progressive keys intro which I will jump you to on the music video below, then trance of melody swoop in to stir up the adrenaline, epic lifts and the ecstasy pumped uplifting synth and beats that will deeply punch a mark on your memory and get you into another dimension and space! Shingo Nakamura - Scroll (Original Mix)
Oh yeah, what better uplifting sound for me to recommend for the lively weekend than one of the best progressive house/trance producer Shingo Nakamura's "Scroll" original mix who definitely pump up the volume with this track that got me so in love with the melodic prog in the first place!
Now, I like the overall track, but things kick up another notch of my liking toward middle end where the progression of deep bass beats get you in that dancing groove and everything fall in, I am talking about melodic synth and piano keys after that was magic to say the least. Beautiful work by one of my favorite Japanese EDM producer and probably the greatest progressive house artist of recent time! Shingo truly knows what's up to get the party pumping and crowds dancing, a great club track to play at the events!

Roald Velden - Last Sunset(Original Mix)
Alrighty fans, TGIF and as I was rewinding down my week with couple of progressive trance melody sets, this sooething melody of "Last Sunset" by Roald Velden screamed in my head, refreshed my soul and massaging my ears...This is it, one of the best Roald Velden's work as if you have read his bio which I thought that we all came from quite similar taste progression in music.
"I used to listen to more Rock stuff until my father gave me a CD full of Dance hits. I listened to this CD over and over again. My love for dance music began to grow so I bought a lot of CD's in this genre. When I got older, a friend of mine gave me a CD with Trance music. When I heard my first Trance record I was in love. This music had so many emotional elements and yet so much energy. I loved the energy and power, so my journey brought me in other EDM genres like Hardtrance and after that Hardhouse/Hardstyle and Hardcore (Gabber). But after a year of love for the Harderstyles my love for Trance came back stronger than ever."From http://www.roaldvelden.nl/biography.html
With his passion and incredible talent for the progressive trance, wham, this amazingly beautiful uplifting trance track has been produce, the progression of the start, the synth lifts and melodies all came together, another fine example of great progressive trance classic. Well done Roald Boesveld, you have captured that emotional feeling when I saw that breathtaking sunset in the horizon of St. Joseph beach!

Gregory Esayan - Impressionism (Original Mix)
Just when I almost out from all the life craziness and distractions, trance pulls me back in...nah once again, I was never out followers! I don't think that I will be ever out until the day I am in heaven and even when I am in heaven, I still rocking the trance! They say that music genere come and go, quite true just look at all the fade like hip hop, alternatives, rap, rock and even some pop, just the other day, I was referring to a music video by Jennifer Lopez which featuring Iggy Azalea for their latest crap calls "Booty", sorry JLO, I really have lost respect to what you have accomplished with your latest nonsense booty shaking garbage, disgraced to the music industry and even more so to all the young fans and music artists looking up to you! I will sadly include the music video on the very far below of my videos here and only to show you how bad it is nowaday with the music industry that they condemn such horrendous small booty crap thrown together! LOL
But you can be sure that trance will be the last one to stay eternal that is why trance 4 life! So be sure that on my blog, only the BEST trance tracks will be recommend by me here!
Ok, it has been such long awaiting for...waiting for that next generation of uplifting trance producers to come along. Today, I am very exciting to introduce this super talented trance producer from Russia, Gregory Esayan who really catched my attention with nearly everyone of his tracks on his latest album "Impressionism" which the goto track "Impressionism"'s built-up to the epic melody and uplifting cloud9 feeling has once again brought back many of great vibe and memory of mine as well as staying true to classic progressive uplifting trance of last generation!
I love the track "Impressionism" so much is probably due to its fantastic build-up and breakdown to that euphoria of heaven in your ear and soul kind of progression lift. It is a revitalization of uplifting trance at its finest and I am just so glad that the trance is continuing to make it leap and bound with such dedicated young producer! Please check out Gregory Esayan's new album "Impressionism"!

Nitrous Oxide & Dan Stone-Nautica (Original Mix)
Just when I am out, the trance pulls me back in....nah, not really, I was never out, just have been too busy with my career fans. Sorry for such long waiting of next recommendation! But be sure that it will be yet another great one as I will never ever sell trance short...only the best and greatest! ;)
This next trance track isn't totally new but still fresh. Of course, coming from one of my top favorite trance producers and mixers of all time, Nitrous Oxide and Dan Stone command respect and attention for yet another superb uplifting and melodic progressive trance that set the standard of trance classics.
For some reason, "Nautica" got me flashed back to the very early days of my college life when it (Trance) got all started for me...after watching the movie "Hackers" which I loved and its official theme song from Orbital calls "Halcyon On and On" just haunting me for days as I was coding away my class project which got me awarded as best software program in my class which it got me landed on high paying IT job later on, thanks so much "Hackers", haha!
The reason it got my feeling back is probably the melody of trance progression to vivid uplifting synth and beats...you know like a journey of something, be education, career, life...the attention to the details of JOURNEY make them both quite similar and the vibe of feelings that connect the dots of accomplishments as well as failures are what make these tracks my go go tunes for inspiration of focus on what is more important to me than just being successful...the journey!
With "Nautica" totally refreshing and resembles my current state of journey in my life and the tune inspires me and guiding me to the right path and directions...I have to say that it is totally spot on! Now I don't want to get too deep into my philosophical view on "what is success?", but I know that "Nautica" is guiding me to my goals and following my heart is leading me to the right direction in my life. Thank you Nitrous Oxide & Dan Stone for bringing back that inspiration and superior feeling of being journeymen! <3<3<3

Max Graham - Sona (Original & LautStärk Edit Remix)
Once again folks, I rediscovered one of my favorite trance producer Max Graham's newer track, "Sona" this past Father's Day at my work in the morning just going through another boring motions, wham, it serenades me with shower of joy as I got lifted by its progression and beats to the eruption of smokiness. This tracks sets the tone for my busiest work day since Mother's Day and surly well worthy of me recommending for a long working week! Decent work and lift from Max Graham.
