Press and hold [Windows Key] + L

Another easy way is to create a shortcut with "Lock this computer" feature to place on desktop or quick launch bar
Follow few simple steps below:
1. right click on your desktop
2. New and click on Shortcut
3. In the "Type the location of the item:" text box, copy and paste the follow commands:
rundll32.exe user32.dll, LockWorkStation
4. click Next, in "Type a name for this shortcut:", type "Lock" and click Finish
5. you should see the Lock shortcut appears on your desktop
6. feel free to drop it on your quick launch bar for easy access!
